Use and scope of application

LSY-series screw conveyor is a new type transmission device which utilizes rotating helical blade in an enclosed circular cross section casing for continuous transport of material. This product is mainly used for transport of all kinds of powder, granular or small-lump material in bulks such as clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain powder, etc., but it is not advisable to use this product for transport of material with strong viscidity, strong tendency to caking and deterioration. This product has the following features:Screw conveyor applies high-quality steel pipes with good integral rigidity;

Double pitch blade reduces compression material receives during the process of transport;
One-time molding helical blade and double pitch design prevent material from being blocked;
Compact structure, small cross sectional area, light weight, sound sealing performance, high transport efficiency;
Flexible process layout facilitates assembly, disassembly and movement, and guarantees operation safety. Material can be transported on horizontal level or an inclined angle.
